Beetroot Hummus: Whole Food Pink Hummus
Beautiful pink beetroot hummus great snack recipe for those who are looking for an easy raw vegan whole food treat with low effort for maximum flavour.
- 1 large beet, boiled
- 240g chickpeas, drained
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2tsp himalayan pink salt
- 1/4tsp ground black pepper
- 1tsp miso paste
- 4tbsp or more of water
- 1tbsp tahini
Skin on is always best! Boil for 20 minutes in water.
When the beetroot has cooled down, blend all of the ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and serve!
