Before joining any session you must read and agree to the health statement and disclaimer below.

Health Questionnaire

In order to participate your answer to all of the following must be "no":

  1. Has your doctor ever said that you have a heart condition and that you should only do physical activity recommended by a doctor?
  2. Do you feel pain in your chest when you do physical activity?
  3. In the past month have you experienced chest pain when you were not doing physical activity?
  4. Do you lose your balance because of dizziness or do you ever lose consciousness?
  5. Do you have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in your physical activity?
  6. Is your doctor currently prescribing drugs (for example, water pills) for your blood pressure or heart condition?
  7. Do you know of any other reason why you should not do physical activity?

If your answer to any of these is "yes", you must gain written permission from your GP before joining a session. In the event that you require a GP letter, please forward this to me using the button below.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your first session is totally free - then classes are £5 each or £10 for the week (typically 3-4 sessions). However, if you can't afford this I would much rather you still had the opportunity to move, so just send an email my way.

Every week you will receive joining links for classes. If you are interested in personal training in addition, get in touch - for the same price as a single session (£5).

Sessions last between 20 and 40 minutes.

A mat is always recommended. Have water nearby. Weights classes will require a weight of some description.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you are fit and well enough for exercise, and to always inform the instructor of any changes to your health.

Why Whole Food Plant based?
